Service Description
This session prepares youth athletes for combine-style testing by teaching proper technique, testing standards, and execution. Athletes will be coached through common combine drills including the 40-yard dash, pro agility shuttle (5-10-5), L-drill (3-cone), vertical jump, and broad jump. Emphasis is placed on speed mechanics, change of direction, body control, and how to perform each drill correctly under evaluation.
